I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were quiet, very comfortable, and the buffet menu was fabulous, perfect for our guests who needed a quick fresh-up. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. The location was convenient, though it could be more buzzing. The dining experience was amazing with a wonderful selection of dishes.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a lovely fruit and cake arrangement, and everything was spotlessly clean. The organic amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly attentive and accommodating. The location was ideal for both business and leisure travelers, making it easy to get around. The dining experience was good overall, although the desserts could have been better. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
The hotel rooms were nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing comfy bed and a good recliner. Special requests were nicely decorated with fruits and cake. However, the duty manager lacked problem-solving skills. The service was polite and helpful, especially Aparna. The location is excellent for easy access. The dining experience was great for both Indian and western food, but desserts were lacking. Overall, a comfortable stay with some service drawbacks.
The HYCINTH hotel offers extremely spacious rooms with ample furniture and good amenities, and the housekeeping team does an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness. The front office staff stands out as one of the best features, providing special care with their courteous and helpful service. The location allows easy access to various sites of interest, though the dining experience might not fully deliver authentic South Indian Kerala flavors.
